      Yeah, mini trampolines! It’s really fun but really tough and absolutely kills the lower sides of my legs. Need to come up with some stretches and/or strength exercises for that area. Would have asked the trainer, but ya know, the crying.

        The outer sides of the calves are the peroneal muscles if that’ll help direct your stretch research. Exrx.net is an old site with a lot of anatomy / exercise resources.
