I need a break from dieting every few months. Like a diet de-load. For me its a week or two of aiming to eat around maintenance level. Including whatever I’ve been craving the last few months. The constant mild starvation wears and leads to greater fuckups. I woke up at 4am HUNGRY last night so I had an extra couple of pieces of toast and curried egg for dinner tonight on top of my cheesy chilli. I find winter to be the worst. It’s when I want to eat the most to escape the cold. This winter I’m being more liberal with the heater and keeping warm.
Tonight I had a small serve of mushroom chicken sauce on macaroni and a shake
and tonight I am going to throw out all “bad” food I’ve having as snacks
