    Yeah, some of the work arounds are a pain.

    The backwards compatibility is usually where I find myself stuck. Probably one of the things that I find infuriating is that moreso forced obsolescence rather than planned obsolescence.

    Thousands of dollars for software that can be used, but becomes unusable. I’m sure they can make arguments for the costs of maintaining support etc. but if a least compatibility was maintained, that would be something. Users/businesses that need an efficient workflow will always upgrade, but forcing customers to, is just ugh.

    The practice of software/services that I’ve paid for that suddenly withdraw features after having paid for it or being a customer for years is disgusting. At the end of the day we’re just a number.
