I thought I was just socially burnt out but I think I’m overall burnt out and exhausted. Not sure what I’m going to do as I have next to no annual leave or personal leave.
Yeah I’m 100% burnt out myself and thought I still had plenty of personal leave up my sleeve, looks like I only have 3 days left. Think I’ll just use it strategically before I resign.
If you can afford it, try leave without pay. I’ve had to do that when there were no options left
