My elder minipeeler likes it because it’s just not quite as full on as Vegemite and is a helluva lot easier to spread evenly (for a child making their own sandwich with very soft fresh bread this is a bonus). Health care cards are awesome for the concessions. I’m glad your new job is a much better fit for you. I’ve been cruising by my local supermarkets at a certain time of day and have managed to nab some cheap fruit and veges this way. Especially handy when it’s stuff that’s normally a bit expensive like Brussels sprouts and snow peas.
My new boss is a bit of an angel. To see her and the most senior staffer consider a new job and really take employee’s life balance into account was really nice. To consider staff’s personal life vs how and where they work was another one. Fuck. Some employers aren’t ruthless KPI chasing capitalists after all. I have to look for other work for centrelink, but I don’t want to honestly.
