I have actually now found enough enthusiasm to start on a batch of shortbread biscuits. The dough is chilling, after a bit of a break I will roll and bake. I bought some embossed rolling pins recently, so hopefully they work ok and the biscuits look nice and fancy.

Highly approved. Simple mix but the roller makes it look so much more posh!
