This is the leftovers for someone’s lunch tomorrow. I’m pretty happy with the flathead. I bought a 1kg bag for $21 and it fed a family of five (2 kids and a pensioner) with some leftovers and I only used ⅔of the bag, so there’s plenty for a couple more servings.
