After shopping we try to stack the cold stuff in the fridge in the use by or best before order, so the relentless march of time decides what we have for dinner most nights, so tonight will be baked salmon, baked potato and steamed beans and carrot.

@[email protected] this is my classiest example of a dark and stormy I could come up with.

Kraken rum, Aldi ginger beer, slice of fresh lime in a crystal glass I bought from Vinnie’s!

I love it, kids call it Daddies Minecraft glass, I looked it up and it’s genuine crystal and some expensive brand, likely came from a set of 4 that someone paid $80 for.

Nice find! Funny they thought of Minecraft because my mind went to Tetris at first.

I definitely see Tetris, but we’re not 8 and 11 and obsessed with a block based world.

I get so angry with myself when I find dead veg at the back of the draw, fortnightly my neighbour has chook as trade scraps for eggs, but it still feels pretty wasteful. We someone forgot about $40 worth of lamb once. I cried for a week.

Kraken isn’t cheap, seems to be creeping up again, my second favourite rum is probably Sailor Jerry.
