Meat & three veg. Porterhouse steak with black pepper and thyme butter, scalloped potatoes and beans and carrot.
Parmesan herb chicken schnitzels and a salad.
I’m making a platter of watermelon, tomatoes, olives, simit and eggs. Pics later.
Delicious, filling and very little effort.
I’ve taken myself out for a fancy steak by the waterside. Just getting stuck into some cheesy garlic and herb bread to start.
