Aren’t they laying five gold rings? I’m not sure if that is each or a combined total each day. Presumably they are a breed related to that of the goose that lays the golden egg.
I don’t know about geese, but it is definitely normally the way with chickens. They lay their eggs progressively later during the day until they skip a day, then start again in the morning. So five rings from six geese sounds about right.
