I stopped by the hospital to see mum so dinner was late, so I grabbed a chicken cheesy-G taco from Taco Bell and ate it sitting in the back of my open tailgate while 2 seagulls stalked me waiting for scraps which never came. I pretended to throw something, they started to flutter and realised there was nothing and looked back at me to find me giving them the bird, which is comedy.
Burger done. I may have gotten a bit too enthusiastic with the size of potato I picked to go with it, as it took a lot longer than advertised to cook - I ended up taking it out and microwaving it for a couple of minutes to get it cooked. It was ok, but I will have to try again with a smaller potato.
i like to put blue cheese crumbles between the slices of potatoes done like that.
Now that’s an interesting idea. I have some blue brie to need to use up that should melt into a potato like that nicely.
