I had a shoulder injury for about six months which has almost fully recovered but not quite. I am back at the gym but I’m being very careful to still avoid certain movements and not push too hard while I regain strength. Am I able to mostly work out pain free, with only the very occasional slight twinge on certain movements. I’m getting there.
