A beef mince tomato thing I won’t call bolognese
Sounds good. I’m considering pasta for dinner myself now.
My dinner tonight
Penne, spicy salami, zucchini topped with chilli flakes and parmesan cheese.
I was planning a fettuccini bolognese, but changed my mind and went for a potato with chili and fresh salsa.
The top one of these is a braised beef/stew I made a while back, and the bottom one is a chickpea curry thing.
I bought some fairfeed meals then froze them, thinking I’d remember what’s what so didn’t label anything. Now we’re having surprise, pot-luck meals, hence the random curry.
They both look delicious. I love how you are gonna use a splade with that. 👍
