    Been craving hotpot lately but am cutting back on eating out. Made microwave “hotpot” and it actually turned out well. Put some thinly sliced beef rolls, chopped bok choy, mushrooms in a broth made of water, soy sauce, sesame oil and garlic. The broth didn’t end up being super flavourful, but I made a dipping sauce with sriracha and hoisin to mimic the one I’d use for pho. Served with rice. Might make this again tomorrow.
