I looked up tool-libraries, about 5 months ago, for casual borrowing.

2-3 around Perth of varying openness, some with paid memberships etc

The suburbs were too far away, didn’t sign up with any service.

These places are nice ideas. I’m not sure i can see many lasting though, maybe in super dense neighbourhoods, but there aren’t heaps of those in Perth.
