a very small serve of green thai curry and rice and a meal replacement shake. Will have a little mango later for dessert.
So what I’m doing is 1/4 serves of my normal portions and using meal replacement . If I have snacks I have 1/4-1/2 of what I used to have.
I still have a ton of extra weight to lose but I will get there 👍
I tell you what, that is so inspiring. I’m so proud of you. 👍
