Dinner was two small spring rolls and a meal shake. I also made a big salad out of my home grown lettuce.
Home grown lettuce is nice and green from the sunshine. .😊 🥬🥬🥬
Trying my hand at pasta with creamy zucchini sauce tonight.
Back on this side of the world,
last night we had some great Strip Steaks, with broccolini, rocket greens & spring onion, marinated tomatoes, hasselback potatoes (sliced 3/4 of the way through, seasoned, baked- a different way to bake a potato, baked a little quicker too).
Hot dog
