What’s for dinner tonight?
El Jannah chicken. I can’t be bothered cooking and will outsource this role tonight. Plus El Jannah makes awesome food and the Minipeelers have been most insistent, even contributing their pocket money to this end. I always find it hard to refuse when that happens.
Ok need some Aus-Yank translation for Cruskits and El Jannah chicken.
I made some green curry chicken a little different this time, no coconut & less broth, marinated the chicken with the paste, ginger & garlic for a day & seared it off.
Basmati rice, some basil & lime.
Looks delicious.
Cruskits are a light crisp biscuit similar to a rice cracker but made of wheat. Arnotts describes them as a crisp bread.
El Jannah is a franchise that specialises in middle Eastern cuisine. Kebabs and hot chips (fries) and stuff.
Now I want kebabs! Thanks!
We had Cruskits with smoked salmon and cucumber and sour cream.
