West Australians believe the state’s capital will need to rapidly decarbonise and diversify its mining-dependent economy, halt urban sprawl and support more apartments if it is to accommodate 3.5 million people by 2050, according to a new report by a Perth think-tank.

    The world already has the technical capability for supersonic flight. Its the industry that says ‘na-uh, can’t have that.’

    Also, what fuel do these people think these supersonic planes will be using if their top priority is decarbonisation?

    Where is this electric prop-plane thats going to break the sound barrier and be commercially viable? All within 25 years!
