Sorry no direct experience with online, last time I got tags it was in person at a pet supply store where they had an automated machine. Could only fit 2 phone numbers on the back because of the size of the tag, so that would be something to consider if you want to put a lot of text in.
Maybe try Etsy? Look for sellers located in Australia that have a high number of good reviews. I’ve had good success using Etsy with this strategy.
