These are refurbished computers that may be bought by people who are eligible.
Just to let you know though that they are not running Windows, they are all on Linux.
I volunteered with them for a while about ten years ago. Still remember the Iraqui guy thanking us with tears in his eyes because he got to see his daughter for the first time on a webcam setup we did for him. They’re good folks, I’m glad they’re still around.
To be fair Linux is a much much better option for these old computers. You can also find some really good deals on FB Marketplace as well, there’s usually some company getting rid of a tonne of optiplexes, usually with reasonable specs (Not a whole setup though)
