I made pumpkin soup with english muffins on the side. Went a little heavy with the cracked pepper but was still good.
Last night I did a stir fry of chicken with ginger plum sauce, and it was nice but it made me crave the beef with cashew nuts that I used to order. So tonight I’m going to have a crack at it 🤞
I did a pork stir fry
I ate a lot of the ingredients while I was making it.
Dammit now I’m in the mood for stir fry

too hot, too tired…lots of prep today so opted for Empanadas that my wife picked up in her way back from a friends
5 more weeks of this shit & back to normal!
Seems like eeryone is on the stir fry choo choo train. I don’t want to be left behind so I am on the stir fry choo choo as well tonight.
