Despite what people’s personal feelings are about the vote, I fear that the result of a successful no vote will be a reset for respect and reconciliation with Aboriginal communities to the bad old days of the 80’s.
This shouldn’t necessarily sway anyone’s opinions- it’s more a reflection on the way that certain people in Australia take inspiration on being arseholes to everyone.
