    Almost 20 mins on hold with Dell… Ugh. I also pressed 0 a bunch of times so I’m praying that I’m not in hold purgatory.

    Edit: Colour me shocked. Call has been answered and I have been transferred twice without the call dropping out. The downside… The part I am trying to replace is a like a piece of speaker material that is tiny, split and damaged… And is not a spare part because in order to replace/fix it, it’s likely I have to replace the whole rear cover… I just can’t… It’s a tiny slip of material stuck down by some sort of felt tape.
