    On Everyday Gourmet show I saw a chocolate Bavarian pie from Beatrix Bakes chef. Looked so good. I have put it onto my endlessly growing to-bake list. https://everydaygourmet.tv/recipes/chocolate-bavarian-pie Buuut, it’s winter so a hot dessert might be better.
