I dismissed vertigo until I got it a few months ago when going to a wedding in Indonesia. That was so rough I don’t have any advice I do not not want to go through that again I’m just going to share your pain. Honestly it really threw me.
It’s the absolute worst, for me right now is hard to know if it’s fully vertigo, an inner ear infection as I’m now sick, plot twist, the new medication I’ve been taking.
