Love a 30% off booze sale on ubereats. I was just ordering some Thai for dinner and you can tack on an extra order without the service fee… saw Liquorland on there and with the 30% off promotion I’m getting a 10 pack of Jim Beam Black 6.9% (nice) cans delivered for $10 less than if I drove to Dan Murphy’s. I’m not even finished my last 10 pack, but I’ll take a bargain when I see it.
I always get worried that my food will just get even colder and worse quality if they need another stop along the way. I’d only do it if they were next to each other or something 😬
I’ve only done it a couple of times but tonight the 2 deliveries were delivered by separate people rather than the same one along the way. I got the booze delivery about 8 minutes before the food one, so I took it up stairs then pretty much went back down right away to collect the food.
