Defrosted beef mince & veg, turned into a tagine and baked in the oven a la recipietineats. Not aesthetic, but very flavourful and delicious. Leftovers for lunch tomorrow. One day I will splurge on a real tagine with conical top and all, but earthenware on a gas cooktop seems dangerous to me.
