My work is like
Caller: I’ve got this minor problem that’s not really that important
Us: We have two trucks full of people and specialised equipment rushing to you now
Caller: Oh, I don’t need anyone to come here, I just wanted some advice
Us: They are coming lights and sirens, they should be there any second
Caller: But I don’t… oh, they’re here
