The taco plan didn’t work out as I couldn’t find my rolling pin for the tortillas. I made a pulled pork roll instead. It was still very yummy and I have four serves of pork in the freezer for future tacos.

I managed enough sorting in the garage that I can get my van out, and put together a couple more sets of shelves inside so I can get a bit more stuff put away inside.
