    That’s a shame it didn’t work out. Pyrex sounds like a good idea.

      I cooked it stove top like in the instructions, just didn’t work out. Could still eat the top half. Next time the oven.

      Everything else was aces, the dessert was divine. Lovely soft tender custard made with lactose free milk, cream and rose water and cardamom.
