I had home made pizza last night, just a very small serve, like a 1/8 piece , it had home made tomato pizza sauce, some lactose free cheese and simple toppings, but yes, I’ve been cooking a lot less over all 😊

the past few months I have drastically cut down on junk food at home like biscuits and have been eating more fruit
it feels like I am normalising my diet
