My family wanted coffee icecream but the local supermarket didn’t have much, and what they did have was the gourmet type that cost a ridiculous amount for a tiny portion. So I bought some vanilla icecream, made a small amount of coffee, mixed it through, froze it until it was firm again and voila. Perfectly acceptable coffee icecream for a fraction of the cost.
