Are you sure that’s what it is? I’ve seen similar things on Facebook, and I’m pretty sure they have been tagged by some sort of criminal gang so they can come back and steal them later. If you’re not careful those poor innocent spring rolls are going to be used as bait in an illegal dumpling fighting ring.
