The Coles and Woolworths ones are both around 75% vs Ayam’s 100% and they use water and thickeners to pad them out. It’s worth noting that other brands do this too, and some contain an even lower percentage of coconut extract. So if you are on a tight budget and can’t afford the best stuff, homebrand is a good option.
Depends how often you use it as an ingredient, I guess. There are certain things I use rarely and don’t mind paying a bit more for as a result, whereas coconut milk/cream is quite a common ingredient at home so I usually just go for whatever’s cheapest.
