Yea I assume if he did win, his next step would be to dismantle presidential term limits. “Hey just make me emporer”
What protections are in place if any to actually prevent someone from doing that?
The 22nd Amendment, so it’s in the Constitution. Unfortunately the current Supreme Court would probably find a way to hugely misinterpret it.
