    I loved going on the monorail. Wasn’t really useful and it was more of a touristy thing even for someone from Sydney. Just loved going over Sydney and staring out the windows.

    Can’t say much that hasn’t been said. I used it a couple of times. Didn’t go anywhere useful, pretty expensive even in the 90s, hardly any capacity (like 4 seats and standing room per carriage), total tourist trap. At minimum you have to have stops where people need to go.

        Corruption or negligence? And does it make much difference? The impact is the same. A huge waste of tax payer money.
