    Dad’s spaghetti (today spaghetti = penne). It was so well received in a camp oven that I’ve occasionally started doing it at home. It’s just a basic, one-pot “trailer park” spaghetti (as my wife would say), but with diced bacon and chilli paste - that makes it gourmette! 😜

    I swear we do eat vegetables too, but this is an easy way to feed a mob on a Monday night when grocery trucks haven’t been running for 4 days.
