Just a general thread about running. How’s your running going? What are you training for? Did you get new shoes? Sporting an injury etc.
Alternating between 3’ of snow and muddy melt around me. I grabbed a indoor rower to try and keep some conditioning until spring breaks and I can get on the trails again. If the ground freezes I’ll give winter running a go in the lighter snow areas around me.
An almost PB for me this morning at my Parkrun. Someone ran it pushing a double pram whilst barefoot, so that helped.
Received my new ForeRunner 165 and inaugurated it this morning. Pretty handy and I like that it works so well with my chest strap hr monitor.
I also signed up for parkrun, even though it will be a bit before I’m able to participate for the first time.
