Aussie Broadband has submitted proposal to acquire all of Superloop's shares, but this is only the beginning for the deal.

Also didnt Superloop buy Exetel? So now ABB will be Superloop + Exetel + ABB?

  Superloop on Exetel acquisition. Makes me wonder if the three will continue to run as separate entities with one owner, or merge under the one umbrella.
