I’ve used lemmy-post-bot to generate this post as helpfully suggested in the post that prompted this, it should create one automatically each day from now on. If it’s all looking a bit too quiet in the daily threads I’ll consider modifying things to make a weekly discussion thread instead, but I figured this is worth starting with.
Nice. Sydney went weekly once. It didn’t work. That one weekly post dropped off the ‘Active’ filter after the first day and never saw the light of day again. I reckon Canberra will fare better with the dailies. Best!

I think a quiet daily thread will fare better, we do a weekly one for Australia and it’s probably disappeared from active now
