A bit late to the party, but I agree with the post. Once the community grows to the point where every update has some discussion, we can start the bot updates.
In the meantime, perhaps we can create a standardized ‘New Release’ post template? Something people can just quickly plug the series and chapter info into, and provide a link.
Well, at least there is an in universe explanation for that with MeiMei Livestream going on. Also remember that those 2 are absolutely pushing the boundary of jujutsu right now, it kinda makes sense for people to get hyped while not understanding shit at the same time.
I really enjoy the character development in this manga. Like, in most slice of life rom-coms(even in Fujichika Koume previous work, ‘The Girl I like forgot her glasses’) the male lead just goes ‘yeah I love her’ at some point, and that’s the extent of the development.
Ta-kun on the other hand, straight up asks what does it mean to love someone. He has no idea how it’s supposed to work, being very out of touch with other people’s emotions, in an almost autistic way. And watching him try to figure it all out is very satisfying.
Also he’s a total chad.
Ngl, Aqua describing this situation to Kana would be hilarious.
But we’re in the endgame now, there is no time for funny shenanigans. The ship is either killed on the second page of next chapter, or it becomes real. Aka please, let it be the former.
We are live here at AQUABOWL and-- wait, what’s this?
IT’S RUBY HOSHINO WITH A STEEL CHAIR!
I really wanted this to be a good adaptation, but yeah, I can also see why someone would drop it after this episode.
Even excusing the animation, they really shoehorned Komura into this dumb archetype of a desperate boy. Sure, he was a bit like that in the manga at the beginning, but it didn’t stand out as much in comic form.
Giving it 3 more episodes.
This person knows their slice of life. I’d add Skip and Loafer, but I’m a manga reader only. Heard the adaptation is good though.
Heavenly Delusion should come with a trigger warning. It’s a fantastic show, but there are some very uncomfortable scenes towards the end. Idk how to spoiler tag here, but you can Google if you’re concerned.
On a surface level, yes. The initial proposal (I’m not sure how the final version looks like) gave the commission an ability to ban someone from participating in politics without a trial or evidence.
Done by the current government, this will be a giant smear campaign against the opposition.
