I really enjoy the character development in this manga. Like, in most slice of life rom-coms(even in Fujichika Koume previous work, ‘The Girl I like forgot her glasses’) the male lead just goes ‘yeah I love her’ at some point, and that’s the extent of the development.
Ta-kun on the other hand, straight up asks what does it mean to love someone. He has no idea how it’s supposed to work, being very out of touch with other people’s emotions, in an almost autistic way. And watching him try to figure it all out is very satisfying.
