Another version of this, which I saw in a video (anyone got a link?), is to mimic stepping over a large obstruction in the crosswalk. Drivers will get out to see what’s in the road.

Walking is a right; driving is a privilege. Not the other way around. All views mine except for the ones I picked up at a thrift store.

Me, too. In any contest between asphalt and skull, asphalt always wins. In my case, it was 60 stitches across my forehead at age 13 & luckily no TBI or spinal cord injuries.
