I’m sure it’ll be dismissed because “Elon site bad” though, but it shows a pretty clear refusal to actually prosecute blatant crimes that lead to even more loss of life.
What do you think of those crimes that she chose not to prosecute? If these are to be believed then yeh, it’s “targeted” - targeted at someone not doing their job, resulting in unnecessary deaths and crime.
It’s targeted if he decides to remove her but not any other DA in Florida is guilty of doing the same things. Why wait till he’s on the campaign trail to suspend her? Why wait for all these instances to pile up? How many other times did her restorative approach to prosecution not result in subsequent additional criminal activity? How does that compare to people who leave prison and return to crime?
Furthermore, if he wants to remove her for dereliction of duty, and not simply seize more power for himself, he wouldn’t have appointed a political ally into the position. It’s overriding the will of the people who elected her, who are the ones who should remove her from office.
What crimes is DeSantis naming then? What specific examples has she failed to prosecute? There’s nothing to deny, its targeted.
