A warrant for Netanyahu would be a good idea even if there were some other people at large that we should also be arresting.
But also, in this case Putin already has an ICC warrant. Itās caused some issues in the past because e.g. he couldnāt attend a diplomatic meeting in South Africa and there was some question about, if he just shows up anyway, are they really going to arrest him as theyāre required to do, and then itāll be a real shit storm.
From what I remember, he blinked and decided not to show up.
