The German community has the “Heil Hortler”, which are swastikas that are hilariously badly drawn, but I don’t think it’s on Lemmy yet.
There’s a simpler way. After step 2, draw 1 vertical line in the top left box, 2 vertical lines in the top right and bottom left box, and 1 vertical line with a horizontal line in the last box.
Or you could just spray over it with one colour then write in another colour
