20 Years. Oh damn, that hits in the nostalgias.
You’ve got red on you.
Want anything from the shop?
Who died and made you fucking king of the zombies?
Don’t say the zed word!
I miss my youth.
Bifocals suck.
If you can afford it and are viable: lasik. Then you’ll just need reading glasses.
This movie is absolute masterpiece. It will always deserve more credit than it gets.
I didn’t catch the opening scene summary until my third watch. It’s a brilliantly written movie.
I didn’t catch it in The World’s End until someone pointed it out too.
Player 2 has entered the game
Don’t you have work?
Player 2 has left the game
A succinct description of adulthood IMO.
Ooh, that’s cool. Now I’m hoping they do it for the rest of the “trilogy”. Would really love to see Hot Fuzz in theaters.
Yup. Hot fuzz is my go-to movie for binge weekends.
Can we all just calm, the fuck, down!?
Sir, this is The Winchester.
I am the mod of the !ClassicRock community and this movie at 20 years old makes me feel old!! FML, classic!
“Actually, I would like to be shot!”
Best zombie movie ever made.
I could be persuaded to see this in a theater. Then again, I have a projector at home and the film ripped from Blu-ray and it’s not like it’s particularly visually impressive. I could also be persuaded to stay home.
It’s a good movie but I don’t think it even comes close to Hot Fuzz, which is absolutely my favorite comedy so far.
I saw this the first time round. There were like 4 people in the whole cinema.
At the time it was like Spaced - The Movie and Spaced was never a particularly mainstream show. No idea why, because it’s fucking great.
I just listened to the Commentary track (main cast) on the Blu-ray the other day and it was excellent. Worth a rewatch for any fans.

Thankfully I’m not an at risk person and I feel bad for those that are but no one in my friends group, coworkers, and acquaintances has mentioned concern or even acknowledged covid to me in at least a year.

At risk means you have a higher chance than normal to be affected by a certain disease.
What the focus is when you say “at risk” is factors that will increase your chances of getting covid.
Since all of us living (hopefully) have lungs, there’s a baseline level of risk and is pointless to point out. We only mention at risk when there’s special factors other than “lungs” that increase our chance of getting a disease. By following this logic by simply being human you are at risk of diseases so the only way to not be at risk is to die
You should acknowledge covid as a concern more often. It’ll give you brain damage if you get it.
