New to this and definitely addicted :) Going to treat myself to a subscription or two to help fill the dark hours next winter but for now mostly Chinese dramas as there are so many free to view. Just finished Queen In Hyun’s Man (Korean) and really loved it. Goal is to get at least one from every country on the MyDramaList website.
After years of watching tight, compact UK and European series which tell their stories in a handful of episodes, I’m enjoying how much more time Asian dramas give to detail and emotion. Plus it’s a whole new set of conventions and cliches I haven’t gotten tired of :)
Would love to find more fans.

I mostly watch Kdramas but I have watched a couple CDramas and Thai Dramas. What are you watching right now? I just started the KDrama Twenty-Five Twenty-One, which is set in the late 1990’s during the IMF Crisis.
I finished Queen InHyun’s Man yesterday and haven’t decided what to watch next. This morning I started an OST playlist cause some of the themes are so good at capturing the emotions. A bit like opera except fewer sopranos die ;)
I’m into crime k-dramas. My fav is Stranger, hands down. But I just watched Beyond Evil and it was pretty good, too.
I want to watch Mouse but I have to figure out where to watch it - I think it might be on Viki and I didn’t feel like resubbing atm lol.
Besides crime stuff I finally watched Kingdom and that shit was wiiild!! It was super fun. I’m so annoyed it hasn’t been renewed for a third season yet. 🥺
