_ ā€œIf you say the election wasnā€™t stolen, do you really think youā€™re going to get hired?" ex-RNC staffer says_

The Republican National Committee is asking prospective job candidates if they believe the 2020 election was stolen in a ā€œlitmus tests of sortsā€ following the Trump-backed purge of the party committee, according to theĀ Washington Post.

Trump advisers have ā€œquizzedā€ multiple employees who worked in key 2024 states about their views on the 2020 election, according to the report.

ā€œWas the 2020 election stolen?ā€ one prospective employee recalled being asked in a room with two top Trump advisers.

The question has ā€œstartledā€ some potential employees who view it as ā€œquestioning their loyalty to Trump,ā€ according to the Post.

Good. These people are useless morons, and it makes me happy that the Republican Party will be staffed entirely by useless morons.

Thinking these people are dumb is dumb. Theyā€™re not dumb, theyā€™re evil. You donā€™t have to believe something to say something, and they know this. Donā€™t conflate their actions with ignorance; itā€™s what got us into this mess.

These are smart people with an evil agenda at the top. They may hire downstream idiots, but that doesnā€™t make these strategies less effective. If anything, it gives those at the top more power.
